Glenda is a graduate of Dallas Institute of Funeral Services. She has been serving families in the funeral industry for almost 10 years. She is a licensed Funeral Director and continues to care for families here at Laurel Land as a Family Service Counselor by assisting them with prearranged funeral and cemetery services.

William "Bill" has been with us for over 5 years serving in the North Texas area and now offices at Laurel Land Dallas as the Director of Community and Family Service of all of the South Dallas Market.

Charlotte Armstead
Family Service Counselor
Charlotte has been a family service counselor with Laurel Land for over 13 years after retiring from the U.S. Postal Service after 31 years. She has been a member of Concord Baptist Church for 35 years, where she is active in the music ministry, Sunday school, the fine arts director for the Rites of Passage Program and Delta Sigma Theta.

Lori started her career in funeral service just over three years ago in quality control. She transferred to Laurel Land Dallas in 2011 where her daily duties include contract processing and advising the sales team on contract accuracy.

Floral Designer
Tim is a native of Nebraska. He has committed the last 17 years to floral designs. He continued his career with our flower shop in 2009. Tim is passionate with his designs, custom wedding pieces and specializes in one of a kind arrangements.

Joseph grew up in Shreveport, LA. He graduated from Dallas Institute of Funeral Services and is a Licensed Funeral Director and Embalmer. Joseph has been with us since 2001.

Kieana has been in the funeral industry for over 11 years. She was raised in Dallas, TX. She attended Dallas Institute of Funeral Service. She was the manager of the largest care center for 4 years. She now resides at Laurel Land, where she continues to serve families in their time of need. She is a current member of the Epsilon Nu Delta Embalmer’s Fraternity.

Executive Director
Kelvin is a licensed funeral director and embalmer with over 17 years of experience in serving families. He is a graduate of Dallas Institute of Funeral Service, where he serves on the Advisory Committee. Kelvin is a Deacon at New Mt. Zion Baptist Church, Vice-Chairman of the Executive Board of Directors for NMZ Credit Union, a member of the Board of Directors for Dallas County Funeral Directors Association and Oak Cliff Chamber.

Tara is a Licensed Embalmer who is working to complete her Provisional Funeral Director's License. She graduated from Dallas Institute of Funeral Services. Tara is very professional and has outstanding skills with hair and cosmetics.

Angela, has been in the floral industry for 17 years. She has extensive knowledge of the floral industry that equips her to customize floral arrangements to meet the desires of our families. She has designed and customized floral arrangements for Rembrandt Florist at Laurel Land Dallas for over a year.

Terry has been in the Funeral Industry for 34 Years, 29 as a licensed FD and Embalmer. He received his Associate Degree from University of Central Oklahoma. He is a member of Society of St. Stephens and First United Methodist Church Rockwall, TX. He has been married 26 Years. He has 3 Daughters, 2 Granddaughters.

Funeral Home Manager
Rodney has been in the funeral industry for over 19 years. He was raised in a small farming community by Amarillo called Panhandle. He attended West Texas State University and Dallas Institute of Funeral Service. He is a proud Veteran of the U.S. Air Force. He has been employed with Laurel Land since 2001 and became Manager in 2006. He is a member of the Texas and Louisiana Thoroughbred Breeders Associations.

Reverend Houston was raised in Dallas, TX. He is a proud veteran who served 11 years in the U.S. Air Force. Received a Bachelor of Science Degree from Southern Bible. He is currently the Pastor of Greater Crossway GIC in Corsicana, TX. Rev. Houston has nine children, 13 grandchildren, 4 great grandchildren.

Frank Key
Licensed Embalmer
Frank graduated from Dallas Institute of Funeral Services in 1985 and received his Funeral Director and Embalming license in 1986. Prior to coming to Laurel Land Funeral Home in 2000, he worked at Anderson Clayton for 13 years. He has three children and carries the title of Mr. Mom; together they enjoy fishing, water sports and movies. Frank is a dedicated embalmer serving our families who entrust their loved ones to our care.

Jacqueline, affectionately known as Jackie, has been in the floral industry for 32 years. She holds a degree in Plant Management from Richland Jr. College. She joined Rembrandt Florist at Laurel Land Dallas 27 years ago and is the senior designer for the shop. She has been married to Gerald Krueger for 38 years and has twin boys.

Administrative Supervisor
Terri has been employed with Laurel Land for over twenty years and held a multitude of positions including acting floral shop manager, contract processing, and interment processor. She enjoys gardening and just about anything outdoors. She is a licensed cosmetologist and attended Cedar Valley College.

Pete Martinez
Funeral Staff
Mr. Martinez is a very influential member of the Hispanic Community. He was on the forefront working for Civil Rights in the Hispanic Community and strong advocate for healthcare for the disadvantaged. He was a founding father of the Los Barrios Unidos Community Clinics in West Dallas.

Frank is a dedicated employee who assists with funerals. He has a caring heart and has been working in the funeral industry for more than 17 years after his retirement. Frank was a former Member of the U.S. Air Force. He was also active Dog Breeder, Judge and member of the AKC Kennel Club, specializing in Pugs.

Shelia has been serving families at Laurel Land for almost 4 years. She is passionate about serving families which has given her repeated recognition as Laurel Land’s Certified Service Professional. She is a Native Texan and a graduate of D.W. Carter Class of 77 and loves being a mother to her three sons.

Amy has worked in funeral service for over 15 years. She works closely with sales management and the sales team as their administrative assistant. She also serves as their human resources liaison and assists with payroll and everyday needs as they arise. Amy is acting supervisor for sales, memorials and contract processing when needed.

Arturo is a very valuable member here at Laurel Land. He has been with Laurel Land over 25 years. Arturo is experienced in the Funeral Industry and can help out wherever he is needed. He is married to Beatriz and has two children; daughter, Altagracia a student at UTA majoring in Education and son; Arturo a student at Texas A&M Vet School.

When you come to Laurel Land you are greeted by Tammie. She is very popular with our families. She loves for people to come up and have a cup of coffee with her. She started here at Laurel Land in 2001.

Records
Debbie started her career in funeral service at the Records Management Center in 2001. She joined the Laurel Land family in 2011 to assist with interment processing and property issues. Debbie also acts as assistant supervisor in the records department when needed.

Park Superintendent
Pete has been in the funeral and cemetery service industry for 24 years. He also has a background in landscaping, turf maintenance, and irrigation. Pete enjoys spending time with his 3 children, Nate, Mandy, Zach and his three adopted daughters in South Florida, and his four legged fanged child, a Siberian Husky. He also enjoys recreational motorcycle riding in the country.

Dana has been employed in the funeral service industry for twelve years and has worked closely with families on a daily basis to resolve issues like property transfers, consignments, etc. Prior to beginning her career in funeral service, she worked for many years in the banking and mortgage industries.

Dallas Windham
Records
Dallas started his funeral service career in December of 2007 in Sales. In July of 2008, he began his duties as an Administrative Assistant in the Records Management Center, specifically the pre-need verification (PNV) section. In the fall of that year, he moved to the interments section and worked there until he came to Laurel Land in late 2011 to assist with many tasks related to the management of records at Laurel Land.

Receptionist
Naomi is a long time resident of Oak Cliff. She is the former office manager of Oak Cliff Christian Church. She has been employed with Laurel Land since 2004. She is the receptionist and greeter for our evening visitations.
